Instead, we decided to replace our 20yr old opener. The technicians Graham and Thomas had what they needed on the truck and were able to replace the unit on the spot saving time and another visit. This was the 3rd estimate I received to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The first two wanted to fix things that weren’t broken. When Michael told me that the only necessary fix was the spring and both should be done at the same time I was relieved!! He was the one to also do the work and was amazing and very professional.
