Sam worked tirelessly in very hot weather to fix my problem. It was difficult for him to remove part of my garage to get in. He was great. Thank you so very much. You came in a timely space of time and did a great job. I live 36 miles from Gulfport office so the cost included coming all that way. I’m very pleased.

This was the 3rd estimate I received to fix a broken spring on my garage door. The first two wanted to fix things that weren’t broken. When Michael told me that the only necessary fix was the spring and both should be done at the same time I was relieved!! He was the one to also do the work and was amazing and very professional. Call them for an estimate if you have any issues with your garage door!!

We had a problem with the spring breaking on the garage door. Since we had a vehicle inside the garage, we wanted it fixed ASAP. I called Doorways in Gulfport. They sent Patrick Allen out immediately. The time from scheduling and fixing the problem was less than an hour. We are very satisfied with Patrick’s work!

Roger did an excellent job of replacing my old garage door. It was 23 years old, so it was time. They covered all that was done, along with best practices for maintenance to make sure it lasts a long time.

On time and courteous. We originally called because our garage door was not working. After arriving our unit was diagnosed and the technicians gave us options to fix. Instead, we decided to replace our 20yr old opener. The technicians Graham and Thomas had what they needed on the truck and were able to replace the unit on the spot saving time and another visit. I would highly recommend this company and especially these two technicians.

Samuel arrived at the expected time. The garage door opener was damaged as a result of the flood at my home. He diagnosed the problem which was a damaged sensor and fixed it quickly.

Everyone I spoke to, from the receptionist, to the techs, to the vice president of the company, were very professional, kind, and treated us like family. We are from out of state and purchased a home in Mississippi. I could not have asked for a better experience. We had 2 garage doors installed. The communication from beginning to end was amazing. The politeness of everyone involved was above and beyond. Not something I’m used to where I’m from. The installation was clean. All wiring was secured and neatly ran. All remotes and keypad were setup and ready to go when we arrived at our new home. I would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs. A request was made for a garage door repair. Michael Roger’s arrived very promptly. Upon an inspection of the garage door spring, his assessment was to replace both springs.
He began the replacement, which was obvious that this was not his first time replacing springs.He was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work and completed this job to my 100% satisfaction. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs a quote or replacement garage door repair.
